Sure, for example if you want to insert 6 rows, put the cursor on the
top row marker that you want to move down and drag it down selecting 6
rows. Then right click and select Insert Cells as you have been doing.

I want to insert some rows of data at the beginning of a sheet with
similar data. What I have been doing is point to the first line,
rightclick, select Insert Cells, click Rows, click OK, and repeat the
same process for the number of rows I want to insert; then paste the
data in the blank rows.
Is there a better way to insert data on top of other data, or to create
a specific number of rows all together (and not one by one)?
