Drag and works with in a page, for moving named cells.
Is there a trick to moving named cells to another page without scrambling
the formulas?

What problems are you seeing? I have not seen a problem.

"What problems are you seeing?"
Cutting and pasting dose not move cell's name to the new location.
I cut and pasted to another page, deleted all names and renamed the cells as
before.
The problem is that formulas, in other stationary cells which were referring
to moved and renamed cells, grabed the wrong named cells to refer to.
I know that I can drag and drop the cell and its name within a page. Is
there a trick to moving named cells to another page without scrambling
the formulas?

Depends on your formulas I guess. In simple tests, I had no problems.
You might want to set calculation to manual prior to such operations.
The Window menu would be the route to add a New View and then Tile the
windows for drag/drops.
