Make a backup copy and try a startup switch to repair or start qp in a
new workspace.
Other than that, try to detail how to recreate the file to duplicate the
problem.
Is qp fully patched?

I have a user here who is trying to sort a spreadsheet. It keeps giving
her the entries from the first data row, instead of the heading row. We
finally found, in the sort options, that "selection contains a
heading" has
a "Heading Size" of 2. Changing that to 1 fixes the problem. But it
immediately reverts back to 2 for subsequent searches. This seems to only
happen in one spreadsheet, though its the one she uses most often. Any idea
why this is set like this, and how to reset it to default back to 1?

Hold down [LeftShift] as QP launches.
Answer [Yes] to the MessageBox that appears.
If no MessageBox does appear, you were too slow or too brief in
holding down the key.
This resets the workspace to the default, and so may remove some
corruption. You do lose all customization of toolbars &c.

Thanks! I'll give that a shot. (Sorry for the delay, things are nuts around
here in December)
