Yes. In fact, I have six versions (WP8-WPX3) on the same computer. When you
install WPX3, you should install it in a separate folder tree. Don't
"upgrade" WP9, or whatever it's called. I think there's also an
Advanced
button you can click during the installation that lets you choose, say, a
different drive for WPX3. (Sorry to be vague; it has been a while since I
did this.)

One that comes to mind: There's a new setting (starting with WP10), called
"Use WP9 text selection." See

The solutions are workable, as long as you are aware of the cause. <s>

Two questions:
1. Can I install OFFICE X3 when I also have (and want to keep) OFFICE9?
2. Does anyone know issues that may come up moving from WP/QP 9 to WP/QPX3?
