Help with version 7

Uli,

    Thanks for your reply.
My error. It does have the toolbar name i.e. "Cannot load toolbar:
Stuff"

I tried copying an existing toolbar .BR3 file and renaming it to
Tony.BR3.
Then went to view/toolbars/Add and added a "Toolbar Name" and
then in the "Optional File Name" clicked the search box and
selected
the new filename.
This time it returned "Cannot load toolbar
C:\Corel\Office7\Quattro7\Tony.BR3"

I also found a toolbar called "Alignment Tools", selected it and
clicked
"options". It gave the filename as "AlignGF.BR3".
Although the toolbar was working, I could not find that filename
anywhere on my system.

What is going on?

Tony

If the filename Tony.BR3 exists in the cited folder but QP7 is unable to load
it, then there's probably an internal program error. You may be stuck with the

dreaded uninstall/reinstall option (let's hope not, see below for other repair
options).

Very strange indeed. There might be a registry entry that leaves QP cross-eyed,

but that's tough to sort out. The fact that the toolbar IS working suggests
that the filename does exist somewhere on your system. Does a global system
search for any *.BR3 files, starting from the root of each hard drive, and
including all subfolders (including system and hidden folders) in the search,
turn up any further clues?
