First guess, check your scroll lock key.

I accidentally brushed my keyboard while I had a spreadsheet open. A
panel appeared - I think the title was something like 'current active
cells' - which I closed without saving. However something's changed -
when I try to scroll around the spreadsheet using the arrow keys on the
keyboard, QP9 moves the whole spreadsheet as if to keep the current cell
in the same place on my screen, rather than just moving to the next
cell and only moving the spreadsheet when I hit the edge.
I closed QP9 and reopened it and it's still doing it. Can anyone
understand my garbled explanation enough to tell me how to undo whatever
I changed.
Thanks for your help,
