QP9: Date will not work

The Date function will not work right after 02/03/08.  What is the fix for
this?

Works fine for me.  What patch level do you have.

In what sense?
As well as detailed steps, please note your date convention, as 
perhaps dd/mm/yy or mm/dd/yy.
