Re:Boot to GUI mode not CLI

I have just installed RHEL 5
 
When I boot the console used the command line interface not the GUI.
 
I can start the GUI manually using startx but if I logout in the GUI it returns
to the command line.
 
How do I get it to boot automatically to GUI mode?
