I've recently added/configured an external url to the RMS Server. How does
one go about updating/renewing the user certificates so that it knows and
uses the external url?
Currently it still uses the internal url and it errors out. This is being
used on a MOSS document library with IRM enabled.

On the MOSS server, go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\App
Data\Microsoft\DRM\Servers
Rename any of the S-... folders in there (If it says they are in use you
will probably have to stop IIS until you complete this).
Go back into MOSS Operations, and go through the steps again to enable IRM
capabilities for the farm.
This should obtain a new RAC and CLC (with both URLs embedded into it) from
the server.
