Dear All,
 pls. help urgent
i have installed windows RMS + AD + SQL 2005
its working fine from inside network
from outside how it will work if i need to send to external users not 
company stuff and i don't want them to login to my company

i read so many article refering to RMS EC(external connector)  ? ut how to 
buy how to activiate how its working and if  implemented how it outside will 
work ?

Depends on how the external users are related to your security structure. 
If you setup AD Federation w/Win2k8 then they could be managed similarly to 
the way you manage groups internally.  Otherwise (e.g. for mailing to 
customers) you can use the Passport connector.  Passport handles the 
authentication and the clients would download the appropriate keys (cache 
locally).

the company which i have installed RMS needs to send protected email & 
attachment to anyone and they did not require the recpient to login back to 
there  server  is it possible ?

i tried to activiate external rms url  but still refering to internal server 
what is required to issue new certificate for both internal users and 
external users

A user has to authenticate against something - if not the internal server, 
then the authentication is done against Passport via the passport connector. 
See the deployment guide for setting up for use w/Passport.
