AD RMS testing and SCP registration

I've installed AD RMS as I want it, using an alias for the db server and for 
the rms cluster to facilitate load balancing and recovery. I dont as yet want 
to resgiter the SCP. All is working fine.

I want to add a second RMS server to my cluster now but when I try to do so 
it says a cluster does not exist in my organisation and insists it wants to 
create a new one, I presume this is because I have no SCP registered.

Is there anyway of tellng my second RMS server that a cluster already exists?


I dont want to regsiter the SCP as I dont want everyone to discover the RMS 
environment yet so if there is an easy way to control this I could register 
the SCP.
