i tried many times but i got this error :
"The deployment process has been unable to create database Configuration
because of this error in SQL Server:
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Timed out waiting. The delay Waiting
elapsed before the end of the operation or the server is not responding"
so why i asked the question , if you have an Installation Process , can
