I guess you need to unregister the old SCP from AD.
You can use the tool ADScpRegister.exe from RMS Toolkit
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=bae62cfc-d5a7-46d2-906
3-0f6885c26b98&displaylang=en)
in order to do so.
You need to run "ADScpRegister.exe unregisterscp" as a member of
enterprise admins.

Hi ALL,
I'm newbie in RMS. I'd installed and provisioned RMS in a windows 2003
domain. However, the RMS server had been crashed and could not be used for
un-provisioning. I'm now trying to install AD RMS server roles using Windows
2008 but failed. It only allows me to add "Licensing-only" cluster
node. Can
anyone out there know how can I remove the old stuff and re-install the RMS
from new.
TIA
