Is that a free to download movie? (Seem to recall reading an
interview? by Metallica saying they had loads of "free downloads" on
their site going "way back" or words to that effect.

I don't care for them myself. What did she find so 'riveting'?

Old news. The author might have done well to view the Metallica movie (Some
Kind of Monster) from 2004 where Lars had basically completely reversed his
opinion on the topic then. This had nothing to do with money.
BTW, that was an excellent movie even for non metallica fans. My better half
is not a fan but was rivetted.

I don't think this is a free download as it's a complete movie produced by a
film company.

The movie is just completely different from what anyone would expect. Lars
is very much into art and talks about his feelings a lot which embaresses
Jason Newstead. Until Jason comes out of therapy and starts talking about
his feelings and "abadonment issues". You'd have to see it as nothing
I
could say would do it justice. I had to pretty much force my better half to
turn it off at 1am so we could sleep and the first thing she did in the
morning was put it back on.
