| Upgrade from 6.5 to 7.0 |

My company is planning on upgrading to 7.0 in a couple of months. We are
interested in any problems other users have had after upgrading so we can
plan properly. We have had issues with Templates, Customizations and Reports
with previous upgrades and want to avoid those this time around.

First thing to be aware of is the is NOT the same-old-upgrade process!
Do test upgrades before the live upgrade and
Follow the steps and recommendations provided in the documentation for the
upgrade!
