Copy Access Rights

Is there a way to copy access rigghts between users.  I have added a new 
user who needs the same exact permissions as a current user.  The current 
user has very customized access rights.  I was wondering if there was a way 
I could copy them so I don't have to sit there and match them screen by 
screen.

You can do a copy and paste. Retrieve your current user and highlight all 
the access right and press Ctrl + C (copy),  then paste it to your new user 
(ctrl +V)
