Hi. This is a silly question but hopefully someone can help. When you hit
F3 in the vendor ID field of the vendor maintenacne screen, I found that you
can click on the "Name" header and sort the vendors alphabetically.
However,
scrolling through the whole list of vendors is time consuming. Is there
anyway to jump to the first letter of the vendor name you're looking for?

To get somewhere close to "Smith" , you can click on the Name column,
then
type "smi" and hit down-arrow.
It should deposit you on the first Name tat starts with "smi".
This may not be relevant, but you can do the same sort of thing prior to
hitting F3.
If you think the VendId you want starts with ABC, then you can type
"abc" in
the VendId field and then hit F3.
