Hello. Will I be able to date a check run April 3rd if my Solomon AP module
is still March?

Hi,
Yes.
You can change the check date to any date in an open 1099 year. You can
change the period to post in the Payment Selection screen or in the AP Check
Update screen (the screen that pops up after the checks print). Or you can
accept the default date and the default period and allow a check dated Apr 3
to post to March... the only consequence of that as far as I know is, when
you reconcile cash that check will be in the GL for March but won't clear the
bank until Apr.

In addition to what Laura has posted there are some ramification of have a
check date outside of your period to post if you are using Cash Manager.
Unless you have a specific business reason why you want to do this, I would
recommend against it.
