Whenever a  Purchase is entered in the system POTRAN, GLTRAN and APTRAN  are 
modified,  

what other tables are modified automatically?

Hi,
Have you looked at the schema?  It is documented in the Help. (Help, Topics, 
Schema)  PO can be found in the Distribution section.  PO tables begin with 
PO or Pur.  AP and GL tables can be found in the financial section.

I'm not sure I can answer your question 100% (I'm not 100% sure what you are 
asking can be done).  I know you can link PO to APdoc based on ponbr field.  
You can link AP to GL using aptran and gltran tables... link on batnbr, 
refnbr, account, sub, company, vendid to id, trantype, etc.  There are a 
number of possibilities.  When PO posts to GL, I believe it creates a new 
batch number.  There may be a link using batch.origbatnbr to get back to the 
original po receipts batch.  I hope this helps you or at least points you in 
the right direction.
