| PO/Change Order Bill to Addresses |

PO's get their Bill to Address from from the Bill to Address (as listed in
Shared Info), but when I print a Change Order the Bill to Address is coming
from the Defaults.
Why doesn't it pick it up from the same place? Am I missing something?
