Help with Spanish

I mentioned here some time back that I was getting "legitimate"
e-mail
sent to me because someone entered their e-mail address to our domain
with a 1-off domain name. Well, I tried to be nice and inform them
about it, and all I got was e-mail sent to both our domain and the
correct one.

I gave them a bit of slack, as they are in the Dominican Republic, and
I used babelfish to translate my messages into Spanish. (I sent both
the English and Spanish versions, in case there was a problem with the
babelfish version.) However, after a while, I did start reporting
them to SpamCop. (I believe this is allowed under SC's rules.)

Well, after several months of nothing, I finally told them that if I
continued to receive these "confidential" e-mails (and they really
are in this case, as they included such things as account statements,
including credit card and bank account numbers) that I would consider
them do be anything but "confidential", and might, at my discretion,
post the messages on public forums.

Well, that got someone's attention apparently.

Unfortunately, babelfish does a rather poor job at translating this
particular e-mail (see below), and I wonder if anyone here could help
give a better one?

Thanks.

Original Spanish, followed by babelfish English:
==========
Por este medio le informo, que su reporte fue canalizado para trabajar
el mismo.

Disculpe los inconvenientes que les hemos causado.
==========
By this means I inform to him, that its report was canalized to work
the same one.

Excuse the disadvantages that we have caused to them.

I tried Google's translate. It gives a better result, although not 100%
clear.

Thanks. That makes a lot more sense that Babelfish's version.
