In the past few days I have seen some delays of over 20 hours.
This morning the longest I saw was about 10 hours. This evening it
appears that whatever was wrong has been fixed, I hope.

Delays on the order of 10 minutes are normal, but 10-hour delays seem rather
beyond the window of effectiveness... Given SpamCop's current state, I'm
having to run a lot of extra tracepaths...
Is there any alternative system to SpamCop that can handle the basic route
tracing for the spam source and the websites? Perhaps with the in-body email
addresses thrown in? Heck, pie in the sky: Is there a system that would also
throw in the parent contact with proximate responsibility for the final
source, final webhost, and final link to the email host?
