In the forum I'm reading 100 bytes. I've never experimented.

"Reporting Preferences" (up to one in "Personal copies of
outgoing
reports" and up to 100 bytes in "Public standard report
recipients").

SpamCop preferences: How to specify multiple recipients of report

Under the Preferences section in my SpamCop account, there are input
fields where I can specify recipients of copies of my spam reports, like
sending myself a copy. There is a field labelled "Public standard
report recipients" where, for example, I added the FCC e-mail address.
There are other recipients that I want to list. The description of that
field (and others) doesn't say that I can specify more than one
recipient e-mail address in that field.

Can I specify multiple recipients by listing multiple e-mail addresses
in those preference fields and separating them with a comma character?

I had been using the preference settings a bit differently than what
SpamCop intended. I have multiple e-mail accounts that are at different
e-mail providers. For my ISP's e-mail accounts, I added their e-mail
address to report spam that got missed by their anti-spam filter - but I
only want to send that spam report to them when the spam came through
one of their e-mail accounts. By adding them in the "Public standard
report recipient" filed in Preferences, I would get a checkbox in the
spam report. If that spam came through my ISP's e-mail account, I would
enable that checkbox so they would get a copy of the spam report.

I already have the FCC (spam@uce.gov) listed in the "Personal copies of
outgoing reports" field to include them getting a copy of my spam
reports. However, I sometimes want to see what the spam reports look
like and wanted to put me in the "Personal copies of outgoing reports"

field. As I recall, I don't get a checkbox in the spam report for the
target specified in the "Personal copies of outgoing reports" field so
I
can't put my ISP's reporting e-mail address in there as I only want them
to get the report *if* the spam came through their account.

So I would leave my ISP's reporting e-mail address in the "Public
standard report recipients" field so I can decide when to include them
to get a copy of the spam report. I have the FCC in the "Personal
copies" field so they always get a copy of the spam report (and for
which I don't get a choice when reporting as to whether or not to
include that recipient). So when I'm interested in getting copies of
what SpamCop sends out, I would have to add my own e-mail address to the
"Personal copies" field. Adding me to the "Public standard"
field won't
work because I'd get the checkbox and might want a copy but it didn't
come through my ISP's account that is also listed in that field.

Apparently I can't get this to work because only one e-mail address can
be specified in the "Personal copies" field. The only way I could get

this to work is if each of the multiple e-mail addresses in the "Public
standard" field got their own checkbox. That is, if multiple e-mail
addresses are allowed (up to 100 bytes total length) in the "Public
standard" field AND if each got their own checkbox in the spam report
form then I could use the checkboxes to specify just who got a copy when
I submitted the spam report.

Aha! I did a test. I added multiple e-mail addresses in the "Public
standard report recipients" field and each gets their own checkbox in
the spam report form. So I can specify my ISP's reporting e-mail
address and my own e-mail address. That means I can opt to report the
spam to my ISP *if* the spam came through their account and I can also
choose when to send myself a copy of the report. I wanted to keep the
FCC listed in the "Personal copies" field because I always want to
send
them a copy of every report that I submit.
