If the signal is sent via RS232 (Your typical com port) it's easy to
make a cable that does this.

Been a while but if you post the make/model number of the phone (FCC ID is a
BIG help) I may be able to find my notes from back when on how this might be
accomplished. If it's old enough I may have some of the hardware in a box.
(did I mention ... once upon a time I designed cell phones?)

I have serial splitters :) I need a USB splitter! Well, I want one,
anyway. Since I know what signals I'm sending maybe I can cob (cobb?)
