norton internet security question

Norton IS keeps popping up a warning about "program Control" high risk

HPZipm12.exe is attempting to access he internet.

This is NOT a high risk as this is a network printer.

I looked at the personal firewall  program list in IS and tried to add this 
program to the list but get an error 'You are attempting to add a program 
that already has rules'.

How do I change this to allow so the notification quits?
