IP not found in SC Parse

Just wondering how it all works…is all.

The SC Parser says it cannot resolve the link in this spam because the 
IP was not found. Fair enough. When I saw that, I thought I'd poke about 
to see if I might learn something. It could happen!

dnsstuff shows “A records” at:

I assume the SC Parser is doing it’s job OK. I’m just wondering what us 
pilgrims should understand about the relationship between the statements 
that say [1]the registration status is complete, and [2] the Registry 
information not yet configured, and lastly [3] “Host awhak.hk (checking 
ip) IP not found ; awhak.hk discarded as fake.”
