It seems that for every report via web-base reporting, I have to input
my account-name/password 8-20 times initially (keeps rejecting with
incorrect account/password), then again about 20 times during the WAIT
screen, then 20 more times after SUBMIT. I also have to repeatedly
input account-name/password when accessing the SpamCop pull-down menus.
I know I am not miss-typing anything because I got to the point I am
pasting everything into the dialog as it appears, and eventually the
