SpamCop forward-as-attachment processing is broken!!

Greetings,

I have confirmed that the SpamCop forward-as-attachment processing is 
broken.

I primarily use MailWasher to auto-forward any spam on to SpamCop for 
automatic processing, but at some time between 2008-02-25 1600Z and 
2008-02-26 0200Z, the system suddenly failed to function correctly. As 
of this moment, it is still not functioning correctly. Note: I have my 
account set to auto-process any incoming forwards, so I need not go to 
SpamCop to process them manually.

The problem exists with not only MailWasher, but also Thunderbird, 
Outlook, Outlook Express and Web Mail. In all instances, the e-mail to 
be processed was forwarded as an attachment without any other extraneous 
data. In all cases, the error message occurred.
