Held Mail

I have not been able to report, forward or delete my held mail since 25 Feb 
2008 from this web page http://mailsc.spamcop.net/reportheld?action=heldlog. 
What is going on? Is there an alternate way for me get my held mail?

I am not an email customer so I don't know how to answer you.  However, the 
forum has all kinds of information for email customers.  At the moment, 
there aren't any others who have this problem, but you might be able to find 
someone who had the problem in the past and how they fixed it.  It may be 
that you will have to contact someone via the web form or email (information 
also on the forum).

You could try logging on to the spamcop site and see if it has anything to 
do with your reporting login getting stuck.  You can reset it if it has.  I 
don't know why you couldn't delete held mail if that was the problem, 
though.
