Hi,
I am wondering if anyone knows how to get virtual hosts to work using the admin
console pages in the websphere application. I have been trying to figure out
how to get my application to show up on a virtual host. I created a virtual
host on port 9380 called test3. What does the URL look like for this virtual
host: http://test3:9380/myapp? or is it just http://test3/myapp? I have read
as many documents as I can find but I don't seem to be able to get this to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Hi Susan,
I really don't have the answer though I suspect you may have to play
with DNS stuff to get test3 to respond as you expect. And it would be
my guess that http://test3:9380/myapp would be the correct URL.
For WAS questions like this you probably want to look at the
ibm.software.websphere.application-server.as400, or
ibm.software.websphere.application-server newsgroups. The former seems
to be more appropriate but the latter does appear to have more relevant
activity.
