| WebFacing from 6.0 to 7.0 |

We have upgraded to 7.0 and rebuilt my webfacing project. When I deployed the
project if more than 2 users try to use it we get a licensing error. I have
heard from a little bird that I need to spend $10,000 for a new license.
Is this true?
Should I go back to 6.0?

V7.0 uses the same WDHT licensing like that used for HATS and the on the
fly transform in V6.0.1.

Mike
Then why am I getting this error?
WF0103: An error occurred while establishing connection with the WebFacing
server on the host.
com.ibm.etools.iseries.webfacing.runtime.host.core.WFNoLicenseException: WFC202:
License limit has been reached. No further connections are allowed
This is the first deployment under 7.0.

You might take a look at the FAQ at:

Thanks for the link, we do not need Hats on the fly and I noticed this section.
If a WebFaced application does not take advantage of this function, then the
customer can deploy that application to production without WDHT as the runtime
enabler (just like WebFacing has been in the past.)
How do I deploy without WDHT?
