Desktop 4f bugs

The following are all using the adrbport.sxl form:

1. Adding a scrollbar and then exiting to use the form and clicking on the 
scrollbar scroll arrows causes the desktop to crash and close.
(Also the scrollbars are created in the Windows Classic style when the 
computer is configured as Windows XP style).

2. Dragging a line with the Triangle tool and quickly double-clicking at the 
end of the drag causes the desktop to crash and close. The crash is less 
likely to occur if your drag the line, release to see the completed line and 
then double-click at the end of the drawn line.

3. Ditto for 2 above except with the Arc tool. Again takes a bit of practice 
to reproduce.

4. Adding a Grid control often causes the Desktop to crash and close as soon 
as the Grid dialog is OK closed.

5. Selecting menu Draw->Scrollbar item selects the Elipse tool (which is 
also shown as selected on the Controls toolbox).

6. Selecting menu Draw-> Line or Rectangle or Triangle or Arc or Elipse has 
no effect on selecting the respective tool (although they can be accessed 
correctly via the Control toolbox).
