problem with loading the appln in device

Hai friends,

 My J2ME application is working fine in the emulator.But while implementing 
the appln in the N6600  device,the 'First Form' is displayed only after 2 to 
3 min of pressing 'open'.After checking password kind of things(related to 
my application)one alert is displayed correctly and then my appln strucks 
(that is the next Forms and Lists are not displayed in the device) and only 
that alert is keep on displaying.
But its working good in emulator without any strucks.

can u plz suggest:
1.Why its taking this much of time to load.
2.why it strucks in the middle of appln.
