JSR 179 on Symbian 9

Hello all !

...when is going to be ubiquitous?

The following bit indicates that it is not necessarily part of the Symbian 9 
spec by default, as JSR 179 is not in the list.

However, it definitely is part of the Series 60 3rd Edition spec, of which a 
few devices are out already.

I'm just asking because I think it would be fairly easy to encapsulate 
CTelephony for Symbian 9 phones, similar to encapsulating MobInfo for 
Symbian 7 - 8 phones.

If on the other hand, there will be no Symbian 9 phone in practise which 
lacks JSR 179, why bother...
