[Xpost] Solved: EPOCROOT must be capitalized

Hi there,

we were having problems with Nokia's 2nd Edition FP3 SDKs (also 
called 2.8), based on Symbian 8.1a. Sometimes after installing 
these, the command line tools like abld and bldmake would 
complain about "EPOCROOT must be capitalized." even though 
EPOCROOT was all in uppercase. It was failing in ActiveState 
perl 5.8.6 and 5.8.7.

We found that one check in "e32env.pm" package, located in 
EPOCROOT\epoc32\tools folder is failing in some situations. We 
are not so sure why, but however, the patch you find attached 
works for us. We suggest to change e32env.pm in future versions.
