symbiansigned.com site seems to have a problem

Hello,

I am trying to get a DevCert at 13:30 GMT 26 Oct 2006, but it does not seem 
to go through on symbiansigned.com!

Is there a problem with the site?  Does someone else also seem to face the 
same problem?

It was working just fine earlier.  I have done this earlier, so I am 
assuming that this is a temporary but any information on this would be 
helpful.
