MTM (send) problem

Hi,
    I would like to do easy thing :) I want to add resource string to Send 
menu eg. in Gallery, then after my menu is launched I need to know files 
paths. This part is done.
I modify Nokia txt example and it works. There is one big problem. My MTM 
copy selected files to system directory: c:\\system\\mail\\... Does anybody 
knows how to make this
without copy ?
