We need to boot a completely switched off Mobile.
Is it possible to autorun an application to boot the mobile, when connecting
the charger?
Are there already solutions for it?

If you use a recognizer to boot your application (see the EZBoot on
NEWCL.com - http://newlc.com/+-EZBoot-+.html), the recognizer will be
loaded and your app started, at least on Symbian 8.1. I don't know if
your app will have the ability to fully boot the phone, though.

Some phones may allow events to trigger a fully shut down phone, and other's
won't. ie an alarm in UIQ2 phone will start the phone, but not in a S60 one.
So even if this is possible, it will be phone dependent.
You can't use a recogniser for this, because if the phone is not started
then neither will the recogniser framework be.
