Is it possible to implement usb mass storage on symbian?
If it's possible, Would you like to give me how mass storage is implemented
on symbian?

Yes it is possible, take a look at page 33 onwards on

And indeed it has been implemented on some phones.
The only restriction AFAIK is that C drive cannot be made visible.
