Regarding mif files

Hi,

    Do the mif files containing application related icons need to be in 
\resource\apps only ? Can I create a folder under \resource\apps and put the 
mif files there ?

   The icons present in the mif files are not visible if the mif files are 
put under private\uuid3\import\apps

  I am using s60 3rd edition device 3250.
