The B in 'winsb' stands for Borland. Presumably the different files are
necessary because only 'winsb', not 'wins', object files are compatible with
Borland's compiler.

Hi there,
When building projects using CBX, the only choice for platform is
'winsb'. Does anyone know why there's no 'wins' option?
Thanx

According to John Pagonis' tech paper
http://www.symbian.com/developer/techlib/papers/migratingcppbuilder/migration_to
_builderx.pdf, WINS should be supported.

Thanx for Mark's reply
Then is there any SDK that can support winsb?
What i used was UIQ 2.1 SDK for Borland, which has been said to be
compatible with CBX, but it's really not coz' the winsb is not
recognized?
Thanx

It is. On UIQ 2.0 the winsb tree is just wins binaries.
