I haven't had any unexpected problems, but this seems in poor color:

I guess I got the Golden Bits before Apple, though.

They were too busy thinking of amusing ways to mock PCs and make shiny Vista
logos that they could slate they forgot to support their non-mac userbase.

Hi,

When I installed Vista, I was too happy not to install iTunes. It ate the
connection with my iPod on various occasions (deleting the playlist, the play
count etc), so I decided to get rid of it. Eventually I will have to install it
again to update the iPod, but i use WMP to play music on my Vista machine.

Kind regards

Hans

Ain't it a shame though, Doc?

Their type of insouciance has gone from amusing to actually insulting, though
their cattle users seem to think it is somehow cute!

Heck, they got away with it when they shipped iTunes with viruses, and had the
gall to blame "Microsoft for not making Windows any more sturdy against
viruses".

Me, I speak with my feet and wallet: with Zune, I gave away all the iPods at the
Orbiting Odu'a, and once I turned Wifey on to a Tablet PC for her PMR a few
months ago, out went her PowerBook.

I am happy to say that we are Apple-free at last!

Oh, lookie, here's more from today's Wall Street Journal:

Microsoft shares slid 1.9% after Apple warned that iPod users might experience
compatibility problems with Microsoft's new Vista operating system.

I just love it when the silly things we say move the DJIA. Makes us feel good
about ourselves.
