Turbo Delphi roughly compares to BDS as Turbo Pascal 7 compared to Borland
Pascal.

In other words, it is a cheaper version. The "turbo" name has nothing

Turbo Delphi has all the standard components that BDS has, including the 
database components. It does not have third party components such as the

You can in Turbo Delphi afaik, you can't in Turbo Explorer, the free

Turbo Pascal did not have the database tools that Delphi had.  Is Turbo
