Error when running a solution

I've moved a lolution from one computer to another and getting an error when
trying to run the solution on the new machine (VS 2005)

Error:  Unable to launch Visual Studio's Localhost Web Server.

I've tried creating a new web application with a "hello world" type of
test and the same error appeared when I tried to run the application.
