| Debug Not Working in IE7 |

When I debug I get the following:
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.
If I set my default browser to FireFox it works fine. I can also browse pages
using the internal browser. So, it must be settings in IE itself but I've tried
everything I can think of and I always get the same result.
