Clicking on "Letter A" works for me. But clicking on the letter
"A"
under "Interactive outline" does not. For that to work, I think you
have to change this:

  <a href="#A">A</a>

to this:

  <a name="A" id="A"
class="closed">A</a>

and make similar changes for B, C, and D.

However, if you do mean that clicking on "Letter A" (in the blue
background) does not work, then I'm not sure what the problem might be
unless you do not have JavaScript turned on.

Works perfectly for me in Opera v.9 and IE7 all though the links don't
change colour in IE7.
