Weblogic 8.1 Managed Server causing Admin Server to freeze

Hi,
I noticed sometimes when I try to perform a graceful shutdown of a managed
server from an admin server that the managed server seems to get into a loop
(gets caught in "suspending" mode). I'm actually looking into this
problem, but this post doesn't pertain to that. 

However, when the managed server gets into a loop, it seems to affect the
cluster's admin server. The admin server appears to be hung up as well, or just
really slow. Both servers are on separate machines. I was wondering if this is
happening to other people? Is there a solution? Any help is appreciated!
