Weblogic server cache update across cluster

Hi,

Environment : weblogic 9.2

Requirment:

I have 3 nodes running in cluster environment. (i.e) All 3 nodes running in
different JVM.

when starting first server application has to interact with one external system
and update one database table and table data will be loaded in the memory as
static Hashmap.

when second and 3rd server starts just load the table data into memory.

In particular time interval any one server has to make call to external system
and update the database table and load cache data for all 3 cluster server.

Pls let me know if any one has solution??
