javadocs for distirbuting control as eclipse plugin

Hello,

I've developed a new control to work with Weblogic Integration and I'm
interested to distribute it as an eclipse plugin. I found following document

references (without link) javadoc of BEA's specific API :

Can somebody please point me to location of that API. I tried both searching BEA
site's search and Internet search engines but could not find it.
