Move a Workspace from one BEA HOME to another

If I develop a workspace on machine "A" with a BEA HOME of c:\bea and
then XCOPY the workspace to another machine with a BEA HOME of c:\bea101 the
workspace does not load properly. Due to the fact that many configuration files
in metadata directory have hard coded the BEA HOME.
